I had an unforgettable time at a lovely hotel in a bustling city. Staying there meant having everything I needed at my fingertips. The sights of the city were just a stone's throw away, and the hotel itself was a hub of activity and relaxation. From the cozy rooms to the top-notch amenities, it was a dreamy escape. I even found myself secretly plotting a return trip before I left. Can you say déjà vu?

The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to walk around and explore DC. the staff, despite some initial hiccups, was helpful and cool, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for a getaway. However, the outdated property and lack of amenities like onsite dining and SPA need improvement to match the excellent service offered by the team.

The room was spacious with a king bed. The hotel had a fantastic location easy walk to Charles Sumner School.

the beacon hotel & corporate quarters was in a spot-on location - just a short stroll to the white house and museums. the room was spacious - clean, and easily accessible for people with disabilities. the staff went above and beyond when i left behind important belongings - promptly returning everything - which was a huge relief. a great touch was the available microwave in the hall for quick eats.

Fake 4 stars, it's a 3-star... Everything is extra: small bottle of water in the room on the desk "not fresh" at $4; breakfast at $20, parking $44 per night excluding taxes and tip, internet failing and paying at $12/night . Water leak in the entrance of the room due to the air conditioning... . Worn out furniture (varnish chips).

Hotel is well located... Clean bathroom... Water fountain at the entrance and apple at your disposal.

Sheets with holes for one of the beds. Bathroom clean but room generally not clean... Bedding is old and room is generally dilapidated.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's rest.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the kitchenette in the room was not in the best condition, with limited dishes and cooking supplies.

The initial room vibes were a bit outdated with a side serving of dinginess, not to mention a surprise visit from a cockroach. Despite the rocky start, a swift room change to a higher floor and earplugs for the slamming doors saved the day.

The location was off the charts, right in the heart of Dupont Circle. We could easily hit the coolest clubs, dining spots, and cultural hotspots without breaking a sweat. It made our trip to the Business District and Embassy Row feel like a dream come true!

The only thing that'd be even better is if the hotel offered some more late-night activities for us party animals!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the exercise and business center were well-maintained and secure. Additionally, my room had a great view of 17th street, which was a nice bonus.
